Throughout this Agreement, the expression "service" means the on-line selling and buying platform, and all other services offered by HKwakeboard.com at this website. The expression "user" means and includes you, a seller, a buyer, and any person using the service offered at this website.
- Before the user can place offers or orders on the HKwakeboard.com, the following Terms and Conditions must be agreed by clicking on the "I Agree" icon. By agreeing these Terms and Conditions the user enters into a legally binding agreement with HKwakeboard.com. HKwakeboard.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
- HKwakeboard.com only offers a platform for sellers and buyers. Sellers and buyers enter into a binding contract and conclude deals in their own name and on their own account. HKwakeboard.com does not enter into any sale and purchase contract on behalf of any user and therefore shall not give any warranty in relation to the goods, completion of the deal, and delivery of the good. All warranties negotiated shall be valid solely between the seller and the buyer.
- HKwakeboard.com does not control the information provided by any user which is made available through this Website. HKwakeboard.com therefore makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any information provided by any person through the use of the service.
- HKwakeboard.com reserves the right to remove illegal or inappropriate content or goods from this website from time to time. HKwakeboard.com also reserves the right to exclude a Buyer or Seller temporarily or permanently if he/she has engaged or is suspected to have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity or is in breach of any terms and conditions.
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Customer shall comply with all statutory or Government requirements affecting the use of our service.
